Fascinated by the legal history of Countess Báthory's case, Prof. Craft has spent nearly a
decade researching the details of her life and trial, and over a year translating the original
source material into English.  Prof. Craft brings a corrected history, as well as new and
exciting source material, for the first time to an English-speaking audience.
Kimberly L. Craft holds bachelor and
master's degrees as well as a juris
doctorate (law) degree.  She also holds a
Zertifikat Deutsch als Fremdsprache from
the Goethe Institut in Munich.  

An attorney and legal historian, Prof. Craft
has served on various faculties, including
DePaul University and Florida A&M
College of Law.
